Enjoy your favorite libation outside in your private cozy fire pit area. Very close to the famous Pismo Beach pier, Avila Beach, and San Luis Obispo. You will surely enjoy one of the best beach house rentals in the area.

The Eagles Nest is located on a 2 acre parcel sitting on the bluff of the famous Cook inlet. Enjoy magnificent views of snow capped mountains and glaciers right outside your living room windows. We live on site, on one side of our new custom duplex designed for a great Alaska vacation rental. Our views are some of the best in Alaska!

One of our Beach house rentals is located in the heart of Shell Beach California. Walk to the beach, restaurants and bars from our Shell beach location, just a block and a half from the sea!

We have 6 rooms with 8 beds. There is a fold out sofa too. This Alaska vacation rental is set up for 8 people, although 10 is the max. (8 people are included in the listed price). There is a $25 per night charge for the 9th person and $25 per night charge for the 10th person.

You'll have a private full bathroom, 2 queen bedrooms, a living room, an outside kitchen and private patio area. You also have your own private entrance. We limit the stay to 4 adults (plus 2 children under the age of 10).

Our rates, for our Alaska Vacation rental, run from $525-$600 per night depending on the time of year and availability. We have a minimum stay of 4 nights. Due to our season being very short and in high demand, we ask for full payment at time of booking with no cancellation refund. Our cleaning fee is $150 per stay.
